The Dark Blue Jaw set is very similar to the standard jaw set except that they are narrower.
Smallest Jaws can go 44 mm (1 3/4 in)at widest point, 38 mm (1 1/2  in) at narrowest 
Jaws are covered in 1/4 foam

The new jaw sets range in price depending on how long they take to print, how much material they use, how much work it takes to apply foam etc. 
The dark blue 004 set is 35 Canadian, which is around 25 USD depending on the exchange rate.
